Pilates @ Cayman Physio is a small Pilates studio within the Physiotherapy clinic „Cayman Physio“ at Pasadora Place in Grand Cayman.

We are dedicated to offering our clients and patients the best available care and strongly believe in a multi disciplinary and multifaceted approach to health.

Our instructors are fully qualified and CPAM certified health care professionals who are always happy to share some advice and will help you achieve your goals regarding strength, mobility and flexibility.
